Channel Islands Gravy Surfboard

The Channel Islands Gravy Surfboard is a surfboard model designed through the collaboration of Al Merrick and pro surfer Rob Machado and is a surfboard that Rob rides in his surf movie The Drifter.
What are the main features of this Channel Islands Surfboard model?
You will notice that The Gravy Surfboard is shorter and wider than your regular high-performance shortboard. It is a more foiled surfboard with a slightly narrower outline and more rocker. The nose and tail width are also equal. This surfboard model comes standard as a thruster with a rounded pin tail.
Who should ride this surfboard?
These design features result in a surfboard model that is great in small waves and is ideal for surfers of all levels. However this surfboard will also work well in overhead waves.
How should this surfboard be ordered?
When ordering a Gravy Surfboard you should order it 4 to 6 inches shorter and 18 inches wider than your regular shortboard. If you would prefer to just ride the same dimensions as Rob Machado then order the board as 5’3 1/2″ x 14 1/2″ x 19 1/4″ x 14 1/2″ x 2 1/4″.
